Normatividad a Cumplir
Es muy importante que conozcas la normatividad obligatoria que debes de cumplir para garantizar productos y/o servicios conforme a la legislación vigente, por esa razón te invitamos a que visites la página de la Dirección de Economía en el apartado Inversión Extranjera y Normatividad Empresarial > Normas > Catálogo de normas para que consultes la norma que te aplica de acuerdo al producto y/o servicio que brindes.

Un REGLAMENTO TÉCNICO es un documento que establece las características de un producto o proceso y métodos de producción con ellos relacionados, con inclusión de las disposiciones administrativas aplicables, y cuya observancia es OBLIGATORIA. El equivalente a un reglamento técnico en México es la NORMA OFICIAL MEXICANA (NOM).

Por otro lado, una NORMA es un documento que establece las características de un producto o proceso y métodos de producción con ellos relacionados, con implicaciones de calidad, y cuya observancia es voluntaria. El equivalente de una NORMA en México es la NORMA MEXICANA (NMX).
