¿Podrías imaginarte un mundo sin energéticos? Un mundo en el que no tuvieras electricidad; gas natural; gasolina; diesel; turbosina; queroseno; carbón; combustoleo o energía nuclear por ejemplo.
El ultimo trimestre
Algunas personas perciben que hay una situación difícil en el país. Hay algunos datos interesantes no sólo del desempeño de la economía sino de algunas encuestas aplicadas al respecto para recoger la opinión de la sociedad y en particular del sector privado.
Reinventando el gobierno
Cada seis años reinventamos el gobierno; cada seis años todo el trabajo desarrollado por la administración anterior estuvo mal hecho. Nuevos planes; nuevos proyectos; borrón y cuenta nueva en muchos casos. El concepto de reingeniería adoptado por el sector privado hace algunos años para deshacerse de viejos paradigmas y ataduras; parece que fue inventado; desarrollado y perfeccionado en el sector público. Son los amos del volver a empezar de cero.
Una reflexion sobre el 2 por ciento
Quisiera empezar con tres preguntas: primero ¿Qué opinas sobre el llevado y traído impuesto del 2% sobre la nómina; en una frase? Segunda ¿Es justo; no digo necesario; sino justo que las pocas grandes empresas que sostienen este Estado sean las responsables de contribuir con más del 50% del proyecto propuesto por el Gobierno? -aún con el argumento de: paga más quien más tiene- Y tercera ¿Estamos dispuestos a que Puebla continúe por el mismo camino?
